The mountain is very rich of every kind of water resources - rivers, lakes, artificial dams and mineral wells. You can choose to rest your body in one of the spa resorts in the region or to spend some time fishing for trout. 30 km away in the city of Plovdiv is located an international airfield. It is also great economical and cultural center. The house is reached by an asphalt road and covers 80 SqM of living area.
