Full Description: GOLDEN SANDS RESORT Golden Sands is a true pearl of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast! It is a unique blend of lovely nature park, warm sea and fine golden sand! Located in a picturesque and environmentally-clean bay in the northern part of the Black Sea coast, only 18 km separate the resort from Varna. The tourist complex covers a territory of 177,13 hectares. Thus the larger part of the park is preserved in its natural state, untouched by human hand. The proximity of the sea, the mild climate and the sea breeze have influenced strongly the flora and fauna in the park, which is why it differs greatly from the other national parks. The thick deciduous forest entwined creeping plants in places gently descends to the seacoast. Among this magnificent greenery nestles 69 hotels, 14 of which 4-star, and most of the rest 3-star. There are many eating, sports and entertainment facilities, not only along the beach but also in the beautiful woods. The golden beach starts right in the foot of the forest. The resort also boasts a number of healing mineral springs. Golden Sands is the winner of a “Blue Flag” - a prestigious international award for environmentally-clean resorts. The major microbiological, physical and chemical readings of the atmosphere, sea and sand are monitored monthly. Within the resort several types of transportation are at the disposal of the guests – velorikshaws, bicycles, min-trains and solar-battery powered taxies. SEA AND BEACH The beach strip in the resort is 3.5 km long, up to 100 meters in places and is known as one of the best sand beaches in Europe. It is flat, covered with fine golden sand. The sandy sea bottom gently slopes into the sea, there are no rocks or sudden drops. The clean and calm waters of the sea with low salinity lower than that of the Mediterranean for example, and the the absence of fish and animals dangerous to human health, are ideal for scuba diving and vacationing with children. CLIMATE The climate is mild, temperate continental, similar to that in the famous Mediterranean resorts. Average daytime temperature during the summer months is: air – 27 C , sea water – 24 C. The summer is long and warm, suitable for sunbathing from May to October. The heat is not overpowering thanks to the sea breeze. Changes of temperature are not drastic. The mild weather in early spring and late autumn is ideally suited for water- and sea treatments, as well as congress and conference events and short term holidays. ABOUT THE COMPLEX The complex is located in a own forest park only 60 meters from the beach and you can choose from 85 apartments with a beautiful view to the forest or to the sea. The complex is luxury finished with: Outer silicate polymer with CAPAROL, CHEMIPLAST and BAUMIT, plasters and paints PVC profile system with KUMMERLING, facade joinery of multi-pane windows, air-conditioned common areas covered with Spanish granite and technical marble, luxurious elevators with automatic sliding doors. Luxury full sanitary equipment with IDEAL STANDART chrome-nickel mixer taps and crystal mirrors TERMS OF PAYMENT The properties are offered for sale under the following payment plan: - 1000 Euro reservation fee – within 1 (one) week from the date of reservation; - 10 % of the price with deducted fee – within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of payment of the reservation fee with signing a preliminary agreement for purchase and sale; - 20 % of the price – 20 (twenty) calendar days from the signing of the preliminary agreement; - 40 % of the price – by the eleventh month of 2006; - 30 % of the price – upon issue of Title Deed – by 05.2007; - In case the total amount is paid within a period of 20 days from the reservation fee – 5 % discount from the total price.
