Land Prices in Razlog reached 500 Euro per SqM

The residential market in this town in Pirin Mountain has been in stagnation for the last 15 years. But now investors are looking for land for the construction of residential buildings. The increase in demand gave a push to land prices and they reached EUR 500 a sq m. Agents expect prices to continue to go up. The only problem is that there are few single owners of such large plots, and often an arrangement has to be made between two or more neighbouring plots' owners.
