Sofia's Serdika Center Has been Granted Building Permit
18.02.2007The construction of a new commercial and business center located on Sitniakovo Blvd in Sofia is to kick off promptly.Sparkassen Immobilien AG, the real estate division of Erste Bank Group and the German ECE Project Management are the investors in the new development. The Serdika center project has been already granted building permit. The new complex is to offer 50,000 sq.m. of retail floor space housing 200 retail outlets on three levels and another 35,000 sqm of office space and 1,800 underground and above-ground parking spaces. The plot size on which the new center will be built is 35,830 sq.m. The built-up area of the center is about 26,000 sq.m. and the gross external area is about 179,000 sq.m. The project is scheduled to be completed by 1009, the investors said.
