Many people prognosticate that the fast growth in the local overbuilt, will lead to the Spanish situation- constructional chaos. When the opportunities of a place are over, the constructional works move to another place. Hotels, resorts, luxurious residential complexes are erecting all the time. Construction's extend started from the coastal part and now is overblown in the winter resorts. One of the expected negative consequences from the unreal high prices is the decreased demand.
