First Sod Turned on New Mall in Stara Zagora
05.03.2007The construction works on the mall in the city of Stara Zagora has kicked off. The first symbolic sod for the new retail center was turned Friday by Stara Zagora's mayor, Evgeni Zhelev and Alexandra Group president, Stefan Minchev. The new shopping mall is located at the Sofia-Bourgas main road. It is to be built in a large commercial and industrial zone which is under construction since last autumn. The mall in Stara Zagora will feature 100 retail units, a number of fast food restaurants, an Arena multiplex complex, etc. The project also envisions open air car parks. The mall is due to open in September 2008. The investment in the mall totals EUR 20 million.
