New buildings will gain in value in the coming months. More noticeable hike was possible after the end of the first annual quarter, agents said. In the second quarter of 2007 the increase is expected to vary between six and seven per cent. According to statistical data the population of Sofia increases by 50 000 people annually, which is expected to increase the demand for property in the capital.
