Construction of Residential Park Sofia to Kick Off Thursday
14.03.2007Sofia's Mayor Boiko Borissov is to turn the first sod for a large-scale residential development in Sofia. The ceremony will be also attended by the Minister of Economics, infrastructures transport and technologies of Bavaria Ervin Hubert who is to visit today Bulgaria Building Week and meet Bulgaria's economy and Transport Ministers. Residential Park Sofia having an area of 235,000 sq.m. is to feature 900 apartment units. The complex will also accommodate a range of sports facilities and entertainment venues. The residential complex is a gated residential complex located at the Vitosha mountain in close proximity to Business Park Sofia, Alfa Center and Forum Sofia. The green area of the complex will feature a swimming pool, retail outlets, a supermarket, dry cleaning outlet, a chemist's outlet and a post office. Residential Park Sofia is developed by Lindner Holding. Real estate consultants Colliers International have the exclusive agency contract for the marketing and sales activities.
