First Sod of Veliko Tarnovo Hills Satellite Development Turned in Veliko Tarnovo
27.03.2007The Mayor of Veliko Tarnovo, Rumen Rashev and the representative of the Israeli company Tidhar Group turned the first sod of Veliko Tarnovo satellite residential complex in the old capital of Bulgaria, Veliko Tarnovo. EUR 50 million are to be invested in the residential property occupying 60,000 sq.m. over the next 4 years. The complex is to be built in the Trashana area. The new development will consists of 14 two-storey detached houses, 31 row houses and several 5-storey apartment buildings with over 500 home units. The complex will also accommodate medical and retail centers and sports facilities.
