Mini Mall in Dupnitsa to Open in 2009
04.04.2007The construction of a mini mall which is due to open in 2009 has kicked off on the site of the former public baths in downtown Dupnitsa. Ivkoni OOD, more famous as a transport company is to invest BGN 10 million in the new shopping center. The contract with Arena cinema complex for a hall seating up 150 people has been already inked. 4-storey mall will offer office and commercial space. The last floor will accommodate a pastry shop and a gym. The building contractor for the project is KND Consult which won a bid procedure launched by the investor.
