EUR 12 M to be Invested in Park Hotel Pirin Near Sandanski
17.04.2007The businessman Stefan Sharlopov, who has developed projects in Devin and Veliko Turnovo, is to invest EUR 12 million in hotel complex near the town of Sandanski. The new Park Hotel Pirin is to be located in the Chinar Kushi area on the Sandanska Bistritsa river, two kilometers away from the town of Sandanski. The 4-star development will occupy a land plot of 19,000 sq.m. The complex will also feature apartment buildings which will deliver a total of 54 apartments. The project envisages amenities such as covered swimming pools, five eateries, conference facilities, a plastic surgery center and a spa center. The complex will have a total built-up area of 17,370.26 sq.m.
