Most Expensive Houses on Bulgarian Seaside in Sozopol
16.05.2007More than 2,000 houses are put up for sale in Varna and Burgas areas. Prices are between 500 and 1,700 EUR per sq m. The biggest supply in the region of Burgas is in the town of Sozopol. Prices there are higher - 1,500-1,700 EUR per sq m. Purchase demand is brisk also in the Southern seaside towns of Pomorie, Nesebar, Primorsko and Obzor. In Varna province most wanted houses are in St St Konstantin and Elena resort, Golden Sands, and the countrysides of Alen Mak and Dolna Traka.
